Thank you for your interest in the Tokyo Marathon 2027.

For those who are not members of the following press clubs or affiliate associations and wish to cover the Tokyo Marathon 2027, a "Permission Request Form" along with a written proposal (word/powerpoint/PDF) will be required. (please see below)

Selected media who are entitled to cover our race:

Japan Sport Association Press Club / JOC Press Club, Tokyo Metropolitan Press Club, Tokyo Press Photographers
Association, JMPA (Japan Magazine Publishers Association), FPIJ (The Foreign Press in Japan), Sports News
Association of Japan, AJPS (Association Japonaise de la Presse Sportive)

Permission Request Form must be submitted by Friday, January 8th, 2027 at 5:00 p.m. (JST).
Please note completing an Permission Request Form does not guarantee approval for media credential for the Tokyo Marathon 2027.

For requests regarding photo use / event coverage / interviews

To request for permission to use videos and other properties, including interview requests, please check the Rules for Use of Tokyo Marathon Properties, and submit all the necessary information (including detailed coverage plan) through the Permission Request Form below.

* As a general rule, it will take 5 business days to reply to your request.
* Please let us know the year of the race for which you wish to use the photo when you submit it.
