Exhibitor Information

We are inviting general exhibitors to participate.

We are broadly seeking exhibitors involved in running-related businesses, city promotion through running, or those offering products, services, or publications beneficial to participating runners and event attendees.
We are looking forward to the participation from the various genres of the enterprises and groups of that can entertain each visitor regardless of age, gender, nationality, etc.

Schedule

Start of Application

September 1 (Tue.), 2026, 2:00 p.m. (JST)

In previous years, exhibitors were accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. However, in order to provide more companies and organizations with the opportunity to apply, the application process will be revised.

Application Deadline

October 5 (Mon.), 2026, 11:59 p.m. (JST)

Applications will be reviewed separately by requested booth size. If the number of applications exceeds the available booths for a particular booth size, exhibitors will be selected through a screening process or lottery.

Second Round of Applications
If booth spaces remain available, information regarding a second round of applications will be posted on this page by November 2 (Mon.), 2026.

Exhibitor Information

An information video for exhibitors will be distributed.

After the question submission period, responses to the submitted questions will be shared with all exhibitors.
An exhibitor information video will be available online in Japanese only.

Please read the exhibitor guidelines below and proceed with your application.

BOOTH LAYOUT

EXHIBIT FEE

1 or 2 Booths: 770,000 JPY per booth

Includes basic booth equipment, one meeting table, and two chairs per booth.

3 Booths: Not accepted due to layout constraints.

4 or More Booths: 770,000 JPY per booth

Booth Size: 1 booth = 3 m X 3 m (9 m²)
Please refer to the exhibitor guidelines for details on basic booth equipment.

The maximum booth allocation is 16 units per exhibitor.
